• Client – Any user requesting or purchasing a service.
• Professional/FlexPro – Any user offering services on the platform.
• Platform – FixOrFlex website, systems, and any associated digital products.
• Service – Any task, job, project, or digital work facilitated through FixOrFlex.
• FlexPoints – In-platform credit system used to apply for jobs or access features.

To use FixOrFlex, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the capacity to enter a contract.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

Users must create an account to access services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate details
• Maintain confidentiality of your login information
• Not share or transfer your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

FixOrFlex is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

FixOrFlex connects clients with verified professionals for:

• Daily/local services
• Technical and digital work
• Remote workforce and talent services

We are NOT an employer of any professional. We only provide the marketplace and tools.

All service agreements are strictly between client and professional.

Users may NOT:

• Use FixOrFlex for illegal activities
• Misrepresent identity or skills
• Spam or scam other users
• Attempt to bypass the platform's payment system
• Post harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Use unauthorized automation or bots
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities

Violations may lead to immediate account termination.

Clients may rate professionals after each service.

FixOrFlex may remove false, misleading, or abusive reviews, but we are not obligated to moderate all content.

Reviews represent user opinions, not FixOrFlex.

If a dispute arises between a client and professional:

• Parties should first try to resolve it between themselves.
• If unresolved, FixOrFlex may review evidence and make a final decision.
• FixOrFlex is not a court of law and does not guarantee outcomes.
• FixOrFlex may withhold payouts during dispute resolution.

All content on the platform — including branding, logos, text, design, and system logic — belongs to FixOrFlex.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Sell
• Distribute

any part of the platform without written permission.

Professionals retain ownership of their original work delivered to clients unless otherwise agreed.

FixOrFlex is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Mistakes or misconduct by professionals
• Dissatisfaction with service quality
• Loss of data
• Delays or failures caused by external systems

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FixOrFlex harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your:

• Use of the platform
• Misconduct
• Violation of these Terms

FixOrFlex may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate policies
• Engage in fraud
• Harm the platform's reputation
• Abuse other users

Users may close their accounts at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of FixOrFlex means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
